Pumpkinville
A visit to this farm is free, and so are most of the activities, which include visiting with friendly farm animals, hayrides, a corn maze, dance along with the singing chickens, ride on the Pumpkinville Express Train, and more. Helicopter rides are available for an extra charge on weekends with good weather and low winds.

Celebrate Halloween! At The Buffalo Zoo
Celebrate Halloween! at the Buffalo Zoo is back with a fang-tastic lineup of family-friendly activities! Collect your favorite Halloween goodies as you make your way through the Trick-or-Treat trail (open 11:00 am–2:00 pm), laugh uncontrollably at the Super Hilarious Magic Shows by Nick Mambretti, and try to find your way out of the corn maze. Little ghouls and goblins won’t want to miss making memories with the characters at our photo spot and complimentary rides on the carousel and train! After working up an appetite, indulge in your favorite fall treats available throughout the Zoo.

Halloween Trick or Treat at Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village
Enjoy a traditional trick or treat experience in our gently spooky Historic Village. Visit our historic structures to receive candy along the Trick-or-Treat route, take a selfie at our Selfie Station, and enjoy a hot cider or coffee at our Refreshment Pavilion.
It takes approximately one hour to enjoy the Trick or Treat trail through the Village. Attendees will be given a map of the Village upon entry. The Trick or Treat trail is approximately one mile in length.

Boo Bash! At The Buffalo Zoo
Everyone’s favorite event of the season is back—Boo Bash at the Buffalo Zoo returns for another spook-tacular night of fun! Get into the Halloween spirit at our fang-tastic after-hours party for adults-only (21+, valid ID required). Make your way through the Trail of Treats featuring bewitching bites and spell-binding cocktails. Have a howling good time dancing the night away with our DJ, be mesmerized by our group of curious characters, get your photo with the Sanderson Sisters (they might even dazzle us with a performance of “I Put a Spell on You”), and keep your eyes peeled for other spooky surprises lurking in the shadows! Give us “pumpkin” to talk about and don your best costume or keep it casual for this “fa-boo-lous” evening at the Buffalo Zoo. Dunkirk Lighthouse Paranormal Tours
Come and visit this historic haunted museum and visit with the ghosts. The local paranormal group “Village Haunts”, will take you in the buildings with their equipment and help you experience this phenomenon.

Harvest Moon Cemetery Tour & Festival
Back by popular demand, there will be two different ways to enjoy the tours: a horse-and-trolley (carriage) tour and a walking tour. We are delighted to work with actors from the Main Street Studio again this year and also to introduce several new scenes into this year’s tour script, which is themed “The Mothers of our Community” and celebrates the roles women have played in Fredonia’s unique history.
The carriage tours will begin at the top of every hour starting at 7pm and ending at 10pm. You will get onto the carriage at Barker Commons after you check in at the Festivals Fredonia table. The route will take you through town as a guide provides facts about Fredonia’s architecture and historical figures. You’ll then enjoy a narrative guided tour through the cemetery. The carriage will bring you back and drop you off at Barker Commons. Total time for tour is about 60 minutes. Please arrive at the Gazebo in Barker Commons at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow check in.
The walking tour will start 15 minutes after the hour where you will depart Barker Commons with your tour group, and you will be guided to the cemetery where your walking tour will begin. After your cemetery tour, your guide will bring you back to Barker Commons Total time for tour is 60-75 minutes. Please arrive at the Gazebo in Barker Commons at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow check-in.

Paranormal Walks Hamburg 2023
An interactive ghost hunt/tour of the paranormal history of Hamburg. The village’s former burial ground has yielded some strange anomalies for almost a decade now on our walks. The walk features tales of love and murder, little girl ghosts, and successful communication with the spirits. Hamburg’s history of bizarre and tragic murders will be revealed as well.

Candlelight Ghostwalk Historic Batavia Cemetery
Join us to meet the famous and infamous movers and shakers who shaped and influenced the City of Batavia each October when the Batavia Cemetery Association hosts a candlelight guided ghost walk through the Historic Batavia Cemetery on Harvester Avenue.
The guided tour on candlelit paths brings guests to meet men and women of Batavia, who, for various reasons, held great power and exerted great influence in their day, were victims of tragic events, or both.

Night Lights at Griffis Sculpture Park
Guests can venture on an unguided walk through a portion of the Mill Valley Rd site of the sculpture park, where the trails and sculptures will interact with creative lighting – creating a truly unique experience. Guests are encouraged to bring flashlights for a few darker sections of the trail. NIGHT LIGHTS will be open at night for guests to walk some of the park’s trails to experience the interaction between lights, nature, and art. Frightfest at Darien Lake
Fright Fest, presented by SNICKERS®, is back for select days from September -October at Darien Lake. It’s a spooky time of year as zombies and ghouls take over the park. Fright Fest offers a wide variety of places to get your scare on, including several haunted houses and scare zones located throughout the park. Becker Farms Haunted Hayride
Dear all, please be advised to exercise caution when taking the detour on Quaker Road. According to recent reports, there have been peculiar incidents occurring on the path that leads through the forest and around Becker Farms. If you plan on visiting the area, it is recommended that you remain vigilant and avoid unnecessary risks.

What’s Included:
- 1 Private Camp Fire & 20 guests for $80
- All Campfires booked include: A lit campfire, wood for two hours.
- We encourage you to bring your own tables, chairs, blankets, and snacks! Additional wood available for $20/bundle.
- Campfires are first come, first serve. Large groups welcome. Parties larger than 30 will need to purchase at least two bundles of wood or a second bonfire. Additional wood is available for $20/bundle or Additional Campfire for $75.
Come and visit the Country Market and Becker Brewing Company for some hot cider, donuts, baked goods, and seasonal drinks until 10 PM. The Corn Maze, Grape Maze, Petting Zoo, and Playground will be open until 9 p.m. for some fun activities.

Trail of Terror
Ride the haunted bus up to the trail, where you will be dropped off to start your journey. You will follow the trail through corn, shacks, woods, with monsters watching your every move; you never know where they will make their presence known.
