Tioga Downs Casino Winterfest

Owego’s Lights on the River

The holiday spirit sparkles in Historic Owego on Friday, December 1st as Historic Owego Marketplace celebrates its annual event “Lights on the River!” It will be a night filled with Santa, shopping, and so much more! The fun starts at 5 p.m.! Stay for fireworks over the Susquehanna River in Draper Park next to the bridge. Parade of Lights

Ring in the Christmas season with this beautiful light parade in Corning. This year includes “lighted moving displays” floats, as well as Santa Claus arriving on a horse-drawn carriage. The Parade of Lights will begin Market Street from Wegmans to the intersection of Wall Street.
