Everybody loves go-karting. The rush of racing around a track. Feeling for all the world like a NASCAR driver. INDYKART Raceway is basically go-kart racing on steroids. This is places is for those who want to take go-karting to the next level. INDYKART Raceway is an indoor racing track that gives drivers the feeling of a real Formula racing experience.
Safety & Electric Go-Karts
This might sound like a dangerous place to enjoy an afternoon but no track could be safer. The pit control center can regulate the top speed and stop vehicles, should anyone be driving recklessly. The karts are electric and therefore do not produce any fumes or emissions. Racers are categorized by age, size, and experience for their own safety and the safety of those racing with them. There are races that require drivers to have a New York State driver’s license.
Racing
The go-karts top off at a top speed of 45 miles per hour. Arrive wearing closed-toed shoes, and INDYKART Raceway provides the rest. No reservations are required to race. You can walk in and sign up to race. Races are usually 8-10 racers, trying to get the fastest time in 14 laps on the track. If you make advanced reservations, you can compete in head-to-head races.
3 Categories for racers
ADULT RACERS:
Must be at least 4’10” tall. 16-17 years old with valid learners permit/drivers license or 18+ years old.
YOUTH RACERS:
Must be at least 4′ 10″ tall.
JUNIOR RACERS:
Must be at least 4′ tall and at least 6 years old.
Of course, you are not required to drive in the adult category if you are not comfortable with that level of competition.

PIT PASS REGISTRATION FEE – $5
INDYKART Raceway registration license is a one-time fee for all first-time Arrive and Drive racers that is good for one year from date of purchase. Your license gives you access to the following:
- Kart safety and briefing
- Helmet use
- One (1) Reusable Sanitary Headsock – Bring yours with you each visit
- Viewing of Live timing and scoring for all races
- Good for full year (12 months) from date of purchase

Track Rules
RACEWAY RULES
- A parent or legal guardian is required to sign the waiver and release of liability for all racers under the age of 18 either at the track or download the waiver online and print out before their visit.
- Closed-toe shoes are required to race.
- All long hair and loose clothing must be secured to race.
- Bumping, drifting and stopping on the track are not allowed.
- All racers must observe the flagging instruction on the track.
- Racers should keep hands and legs inside the kart at all times.
- IndyKart Raceway is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Remove any loose clothing, phones and wallets should be stored in lockers.
